Smooth integration
Tradify is a fantastic program for streamlining workflow, it has a smooth integration with Xero and updates in realtime.
Support team are very responsive and any issues are sorted quickly by them.

Time saver

Makes my life so much easier, works very well, scheduling jobs, rescheduling jobs, repeat jobs and no more forgotten invoices - and the best thing works well on my phone too when .

In General Tradify works well with Xero
we have been with Tradify now 5 years and integrated into Xero since it was possible to do so. there was a starter problem as to be expected when connected 2 system to do the same things in regards to invoices but only one should be used as an accounting system. I never expected to have my accounting done via tradify. we only use tradify for invoicing in relation to jobs created, follow ups of accounts we do with xero as this works the best for the purpose. only part i am not to happy with between xero and tradify is that I can not send more than 25 invoices at ones to xero or i get missing invoices or errors what may be by poor new zealand internet. on the other hand I can not email more than 50 invoices from xero to customers as some will not be received by customers until i resend these after noticed by the customer receiving the statement

Tradify has failed my client
Under the assumption that Tradify was all that and a bag of chips (per a Xero webinar and a vertical product manager), I recommended the app to a client. I'm now regretting that recommendation and live embarrassed. Tradify has been far less than what it needs to be. Big problem: When a customer pays a deposit, Tradify's system creates 2 invoices - one for the payment and one for the remainder due. If a customer overpays the deposit amount requested, that's another issue as the add'l funds are not attached to the deposit payment. Further, a purchase order cannot be created properly bcz there is not one invoice reflecting the construction job but two! Xero, please rethink your promotion of this app. :-(

links well with zero
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
