Fantastic software!

Easy and intuitive analytics software that has saved hours of internal reporting hassles. Syft has dramatically simplified our reporting processes and has become an essential part of my accounting toolkit. The reporting is very impressive, visually appealing and easy for our clients to interpret and understand. The customer service received from the team has been outstanding. Highly recommended.

Interesting app - difficult to unsubscribe - BE WARNED!

I subscribed because I wanted to see all functions without restrictions to compare to our current apps. It had some interesting functionality but I didn't see it as a step up from what we currently use but I was content to spend some of my cash to give it a full try out. After the test and comparison I wanted to unsubscribe. Nothing wrong but just not for me. This is where it got difficult. Instead of an unsubscribe button you have to send an email. This immediately rang bells for me and so right they have proved. 2 days later I am on my 4th email to them and we have received at least 2 calls - to give them 'feedback' but I still haven't received confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. I gave them feedback on the first email but they want more. (?????) At the point of my 1st attempt of unsubscribing I was a satisfied customer. The product seems good but it wasn't for me but happy that I had tried it out. Now I am significantly less happy. I don't understand why they have to make it so difficult to unsubscribe. A happy satisfied customer is now annoyed because I haven't given them what they consider the appropriate amount of feedback. Be warned - great product but difficult to leave.

Good affordable reporting software that work for most clients. I have however experienced issues with consolidated figures involving foreign currency. The latest is an issue with accounts being consolidated when a Balance Sheet is run, but when a multi period Balance Sheet is run, it is not. If it weren't for foreign currency and consolidations I would have given it five stars.

Very user friendly, simple to use and effective. Highly recommend it.

We are an accounting firm and use Syft to provide our clients a beautiful visual experience, as well as see our client's status in one place when it comes to their metrics, KPIs, transaction loads, etc. Our clients also like it as the reports are visually appealing and easy to read. Syft support team is also very responsive, they continually work to improve the product.

Immense Time Saver

Relatively easy to use and learn. Best thing is how much time it saves me when doing management accounts and management packs. Allows for more analysis and other value added activities
