Best app

Sortscape is a great app for crm and scheduling the guys are always building and making great updates highly reccomend

It’s a good scheduling app, but the saying “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” comes to mind with the constant changes to the UI. While it’s great to see regular updates and new features, it feels like the focus is sometimes on changing what already works rather than addressing basic functionality that’s still missing. Something as simple as being able to generate a receipt when an invoice is created would be a genuinely useful addition. It’s a solid app overall, but I’d love to see more focus on practical improvements that make everyday business management easier.

We're continually modernising and improving SortScape to make it faster and easier to use. While we believe these changes significantly improve user experience in the long term, I can understand that changes to familiar workflows can sometimes be disruptive in the short term. We'll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue improving the product. We also appreciate your suggestion around receipts. Customer feedback plays a major role in shaping our roadmap, and we generally prioritise new features based on the needs we're hearing most consistently across our customer base.
