We have just started actively using Prospect CRM and are really impressed by the features and very user friendly functions I also love how it integrates with Xero meaning that we have one source of information and not replicates in many systems. Overall, very impressed and highly recommend it

We have just started configuring Prospect CRM and are really impressed by the number of features and the amount of information we can get from a few reports and we think this is just the tip of the iceberg! I also love how it integrates with Unleashed meaning that we have one source of information and not replicates in many systems. We have worked with Patrick on the implementation who is very knowledgeable and patient while we are understanding the system. Overall, very impressive and i would recommend it to anyone who is looking to understand their customers.

If you want a CRM to integrate with Xero and a stock management system, Prospect should be top of the list

we were in need of a new CRM and this works well for new opportunity and customer problem solving as well as tracking stock. Customer service are very helpful throughout

ProspectSoft was our third attempt at CRM and by far our most successful. We feel this was due to the onboarding process which I would highly recommend. There attention to detail to get it set up so that it worked for us was key. We now have our/there training videos on our Intranet to keep referring too.

We can't recommend this CRM or the Prospect Team highly enough. Outstanding support right through the entire setup process, and even since while we learn the system itself. We are really impressed with what the CRM can offer us as a small business, to improve our customer relationships and drive increased sales.
