Super app

It took a few months to fully get the hang of how it works, but once we got there, we are very happy with the app and all its functionality. Projectworks support team are always available to assist, open to feedback, and constantly looking to improve things. The app is very versatile and does everything we need it to.

Great ongoing support

Always great getting help from the Projectworks team assisting with data migration and evolution of our platform as our team grows! Shout out to Zabe Orchard for his help and support!

Seamless Migration Experience

We are SO GLAD we found Projectworks!! Having used a previous Xero product for management of 'Workflow' data for our consulting business, and then believing the promises and following suit with a replacement 'Workflow' software product offer, we were completely lost. Having now found Projectworks, we only wish we had done so sooner! Projectworks assigned us a Customer Service Team Specialist to take care of our every need. The Projectworks Migration Team have gone above and beyond to make sure that our business data was handled with care, and our transition/ on-borading to Projectworks has been the most hassle-free experience that we could wish for. When our staff are saying things like "It is actually a joy to complete the timesheets now. Everything is there, and it all works!" we know that we have made the right investment that will provide our business with accurate tracking of the time and cost information that we need to improve our business into the future.

Great product so far, a big step up from previous project management software, and especially like the ability to extract information from the database via SQL to create some in-house reports and dashboards. Excellent customer support!

Timesheets and a whole lot more

I had grown my business from 1-5 employees using Clockify for timesheets, but found it lacked the financial analysis needed to grow my business further. Projectworks has allowed us to keep track of works in progress, assign different user permissions for handling financial reporting and invoicing. We've found the forecasting and resourcing tools are also very useful and it is easy to use. We have now been able to double the size of our team using Projectworks.
