Integration works but slow and times out, not good to partner with

I was set up as a Premium Partner and had one client on their app. Speaking only if the integration, it timed out a lot and would not update - frequently causing confusion when in the account with the client and trying to work on the account. The mapping seems fine. Speaking as a partner, to other Xero advisors, I don't recommend working with them. As I mentioned, they set me up as a premium partner, made a specific landing page for referrals, signed me up to a commission-based system, etc. I would demo their app in a monthly webinar to dozens of startups. Not even a week after they gave a demo to a potential client they emailed me removing my partner access, so the new client couldn't see anything, nor could I demo their app in the webinar. They cited 'they made mistakes with their partner program' and focused on 'more productive partners'. Sign up at your peril as they might leave you out in the cold too. Lastly, their app is made to funnel to their own CFOs, and you have to rebuild each metric for each client manually. Alternatively, check out Finmark where it has 100+ out of the box metrics - and they are much kinder to work with and much more sleek app.
