Poor Customer Service
Couldn't even get set up the customer service was so poor.

After using google calendar and a spreadsheet to manage jobs and quotes, I was blown away by the time saved and organization Fergus brought to my one man Electrical business. I really do save many hours per week sitting behind a computer and get to spend that time instead sitting with the family. It also syncs really nicely with Xero to give you a good snapshot of your operating costs and profitability/margins etc. I highly recommend Fergus to anyone looking to save some admin time and who feel unorganized like I used to.
I couldnt imagine work life with out it. I signed up to fergus from day one when I set up my company. with the intergration with my wholesalers and having the ability to keep track or labour and materials and it makes Quoting and Invoicing a breeze. I would give it 5 stars but I want to be able keep track of stock levels.

Much better than other platforms we tested. Been with Fergus for about 3 years and very happy. We manage our team and jobs really well. 100% recommend for service companies. (one thing that needs improving is integration with marketing apps to help business grow with automation)

I have a question. Is it possible to view all previous invoices for a customer while using the Fergus mobile app?
