Having both a white-labeled web portal and custom mobile apps has given us a consistent, professional presence across all platforms. Clients can easily access their information whether they’re on their computers or phones, and the custom branding reinforces our image. It’s been a great way to keep clients engaged and provide them with a top-tier experience.

We implemented the Robotic AI Bookkeeper for our Xero accounts about three months ago. It's definitely improved our workflow. Reconciliations are mostly automated now, which has cut down on manual entry errors. The AI seems to learn our transaction patterns over time, so it's getting quicker at categorizing stuff correctly.

Our firm started using this Robotic AI Bookkeeper thing for our Xero accounts a few months back. Gotta say, it's made reconciliation way less of a headache. Used to spend my Friday afternoons matching transactions - now this AI does most of the heavy lifting. It's not foolproof (had to fix a few weird matches), but it's right often enough to save me hours each week.
The Xero integration was pretty straightforward, which was a relief. I was skeptical at first - you know how new tech can be - but it's grown on me. If you're buried in reconciliation work, it might be worth checking out. Took me a bit to trust it, but now I'm glad we made the switch.

The Ask Client feature has been a game-changer for us. It's cut down on so much of the email ping-pong we used to deal with. Now we can get what we need from clients quickly, and it's all in one place. The white-label apps and web portal are slick - our clients actually seem to enjoy using them, which is a win-win. It keeps them coming back to us and makes our brand look good. We've had great responses from clients about it. To be honest, we've come to depend on this feature pretty heavily for keeping our client relationships solid.

Game-changer for our firm
Booke.ai has transformed the way we handle bookkeeping tasks in our firm. It seamlessly integrates with QBO, saving us hours of manual work. The AI is incredibly accurate and gets better with time. There was a lot of promise during the demo but in reality we had to keep mapping the same invoice every single time for months.
Also, does not read multiple line invoices. Did not really save any time. Staff frustrated with the experience.
Contacted the support - requested bot to speak to advisor. No one called back.
There is no free trial so end up spending money to just try a product that is not ready.

By default, OCR AI doesn't extract all line item data. It summarizes the invoice and shows the total amount, but in business settings, you can enable the "Recognize line items" option to automatically extract all line items from newly uploaded documents.
