A fallen great

Used to be superb. Excellently priced, powerful and comprehensive. Since being purchased by Sage, its all gone downhill (much like Sage in general!). Links with Xero often fail and need reconnecting, and this week they have seen major issues with logging in and security issues meaning their site has been offline for days, right on the VAT deadline meaning issues for our many clients. A real shame. Cant help but think these things wouldn't be happening if they hadn't sold out to Sage.

From excellent to not fit for purpose

Used AutoEntry for years, and probably been out most highly rated software, but for 6 moths or more, Xero & B integrations are just not working for our clients. We are wasting somuch time disconnecting & reconnecting, waiting, disconnecting & reconecting again, & all too often, resorting to manually posting items. It can go on for days. Support has not resolved this despite what they say, they will not refund wasted credits, and in the middle of this they have the nerve to put up prices. We are looking for an alternative, and prepared to pay more to get away from this farce. Sorry - that's how it is.

From OK to Terrible

We've been a user of AE for a number of years and even though it's plagued with bugs, we've been able to utilise the platform for our needs. However, in the last 3 months, the system has gone from OK to unusable, items don't get published, the support is non-existent. Such a shame, we are now looking at alternatives and to get our credits refunded.

Really simple and effective. Bookkeeping.... what bookkeeping especially paired with Xero. Notifies you of duplicates and pricing is reasonable.

Excellent customer service on hand and problem quickly resolved. It is a shame expense reports can not be reviewed and approved on the app!
