We’ve been using Saasybill for around three years and it’s become a really important part of how we run our billing. Our accountant regularly tells us we have some of the tidiest books they see, and Saasybill deserves a lot of the credit for that. What I love most is that invoices are created directly inside Xero rather than having another invoicing system sitting alongside it. Xero remains our source of truth, while Saasybill takes care of all the messy realities of subscription billing - customers upgrading, downgrading, changing their minds and making changes partway through a billing period. I also love how Saasybill highlights anything that needs attention and, rather than just telling you there’s a problem, gives you the available options and then takes care of the solution you choose. It saves me a tonne of time while giving us the right amount of automation without losing control. Most importantly, it makes keeping clean, accurate books easy - which means the reporting we get out of Xero is genuinely useful for managing the business. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
