In a world where it seems impossible to reach a live person for customer service, A2X's support is present, efficient, easily accessible, and my rep tonight, Dolores, was friendly to boot! Very refreshing.

Smooth setup, great support, and helpful team
A2X made it simple to connect Shopify and Xero with clear, accurate data mapping across multiple stores. The setup was straightforward, and the support team — especially Juliet and Sujay — were excellent to deal with. They handled everything professionally and with patience when I had to pause my subscription. I’ll definitely be back with A2X once the business is in full operation again.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Support
Very useful onboarding call. Everything was clearly explained by Jessica who was very knowledgeable.
