Workflowmax has been central to the streamlining of our workflow processes. It gives visibility across our team to know what stage a job is at. We have been able to easily remove most of our paper-based systems and access our information from anywhere. Our teams often work remotely, so to be able to give them job information electronically and not have separate systems has helped us immensely.

We have used WorkflowMax for many years at our agency Cavalry and it fits us very well. Easy to use for everyone, and keep getting better with the ongoing tweaks.

I have found the programme easy to use, initially assisted by a company (Equation) who visited to work out the best solution for me to time keep and for invoicing and on their recommendation. I manage a busy bespoke joinery production which using Workflow max I can now create leads ,quotes and purchase orders which enables me to track every apspect of a project so I know finacially in real time what the actual projects cost are highlighting areas that need to be amended for future projects.

This job management platform is easy to use and manage . Seamless integration with Xero for easy accounting. Nice that they tried to incorporate things that worked from the old WFM. We were originally WFM users and migrated to WFM by BlueRock. Some initial teething issues were always promptly resolved. It is now definitely an improvement on the original and offers better features and updates but still with the great support. This is user friendly product. I recommend.
