As an HR Manager at Okendo, the LeaveCal app gives me the ability to see all previous, current and upcoming leave via the Leave Calendar link. It also makes it easier for managers and coworkers to know who is and isn't working with Daily Alerts via the Slack Integration. Since Okendo is a fully remote company, the leave calendar and the daily alerts help us all remain aligned on who is and isn't online, allowing us to coordinate and plan accordingly.
