Okay so far

Bank feeds seem reliable so far no glitches or missing transactions. Couldn't get the expense side to work for receipts. They show up in Xero but no bill or PDF for the accountant to see. Would be good if it could forward through expense PDF's to Xero bills. The FAQ for this feature is lacking detail showing how it actually works step by step.

Working well for reconciliations

Works fine so far. It does create two lines (one for the fee, one for the transaction) but it's easy to create rules to pick up the fee line. I've been using it for a month and am happy.

Multiple accounts does not work

On Revolut, you can create many sub-bank accounts. Bit unfortunately, they all have to be connected to the same Xero account. Versus on Quickbooks, each Revolut sub-account can be connected to a different Quickbooks account.
