Great experience

I setup everything in Penfold and I was really pleased with the whole experience.

Penfold

Already connected with Penfold and had submitted 2 previous filings then advised I hadn't uploaded latest filings but I have never disconnected the feed.

Easy transfer

Easy to use and very friendly staff i have had issues with a previous pension provider but with penifold everything has been processed correctly so far

Very easy to setup and use, and automates pension payments which makes running my business that little bit easier

Poor support

Just really poor support. Taking lots of missed payments at once, I am moving the company pension

Easy to set-up and use. We like that Penfold links to Xero and all staff can easily access pension pots via an app on their phones.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
