Horrible and slow customer service/ don't take privacy seriously

I was very unimpressed with this service. Not only is their customer service team a nightmare to get a hold of but it's long distance and you have to wait a really long time for anything to be done. They somehow managed to make a 'human error' with my setup involving potential breach of privacy and fraud on my documents of incorporation and bank statements. They took 5 business days to respond to my request and that was only because I called after being scheduled for a call where your team member ghosted me. Setup is not easy and the fees are high. For a company that offers a mediocre service, you should be begging for customers not telling them it's going to take 7-10 business days for an underwriter to 'approve' of my account. It's pretty simple, I collect money from my customers and you are the middle man. No other company has such a horrendous process. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Go Cardless integration with Xero

The app is excellent and helps to reduce the administration of regular collections and credit control. However, the initial training is very poor and lets down both Xero and GoCardless. As an accountant I need to know the system is fully controlled and in balance at all times and work is needed to reconcile the collections and keep a clear track of the reconciling items. Neither GoCardless nor Xero are taking this onboard properly which is why I have not rated this as a 5 star app!

Great for collecting regular payments

I have been using for a few months now to collect payments and avoid late payments and it has worked a dream. I love this software and would highly recommend!

NEVER link this to your Xero Account

Never use this app. There is NO going back! It doubles up every transaction so you have to manually delete every other transaction. I've deleted the app, hidden from my dashboard and followed every instruction from Xero help but it's still there because Xero is 'smart' and is trying to help. There is literally no way to delete this app fully once you've linked it so NEVER use it!

No support, Avoid

No support with system set up, no support with errors. They blame Xero for their incompetence and Xero blames them in return. Unless you want to find yourself in endless circles without sorting your problem, or worse being sued by your overcharged customers, it is better to avoid this integration.
