We’ve been using Xero for Education (XfE) for a while now, and honestly, it’s made a big difference. Managing budgets across multiple schools used to be a bit of a juggling act, but this tool has helped simplify a lot of that. The way it connects with Xero works really well, an help school users really understand where they are in real time with their finance. Support has been solid too, quick replies and they actually understand how schools work. If your trust is using Xero and you want something that brings it all together, I’d definitely recommend giving XfE a look.

XfE is specifically designed for schools so gives all the functionality needed. Staff can access and monitor budgets quickly and the VAT reporting function works brilliantly. The Team at Thorne Widgery are helpful and knowledgeable and respond quickly to requests for help.

TW developed a VAT consolidation report in XFE which saves us valuable time with our central processes. Its early days for us using Xero, but going forward we're looking forward to using XfE in other ways too.
