Agicap is not working with Xero directly in 2026
Agicap support reply:
At the moment, accounting software (like Xero) is not connected directly as an integration in the tool. Instead, accounting data is imported using an Excel export from your accounting system.
How it works:
Export your pending supplier invoices and/or customer receivables from your accounting software in Excel format.
The file must include details such as invoice title, invoice date, payment date, lettering status, and amount.
Once the import setup is ready, you can upload the data from the Expected tab in the blue banner.
So for Xero, the usual approach is exporting the accounting data from Xero to Excel and then importing it into Agicap.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, and apologies for the confusion here. The reply you received from our chatbot was incorrect: Agicap does offer a direct Xero integration. You can connect your Xero account so invoices and other business documents (credit notes, sales orders, purchase orders) sync automatically, without any Excel export or manual upload.
We're sorry this was misrepresented and that it affected your experience. We've flagged it internally so we can review our chatbot's answers and avoid this going forward.

Onboarding is brilliant with Dimple and takes you through the features in detail. Takes the manual nature of cashflow forecasting away and allows users access to real time information.
