We had a good experience working with MMC on converting our Data from MYOB to Xero, The team was really helpful in terms of response and resolution on the migration.

Our team made use of them for a conversion to Zoho Books and it failed terribly, which required much internal review and clean up. Do not make use of them sadly, nothing personal.

I used MMC convert to make a copy of my Xero accounts into a new Xero company. It didn't take too long (after a lot of confusion on MMC's part about 2FA), but when I checked my original Xero company a number of changes had been made by MMC. Oddly these were obviously manual errors where MMC had added a number in the reference field of bills but sometimes added it in the name field in error so creating a new billing name. I found all these errors using the history and notes in Xero (thanks Xero!), but these additions did alter my VAT returns (net of zero though but confusing non the less). Fortunately very little else had been adjusted apart from Euro/GBP conversions but these were very small so insignificant. All in all I worry that the mistakes made could have been a lot more significant.

I engaged with MMC-Convert 4 months ago. I have had several online meetings booked which they haven't turned up to. The email correspondence has reduced my confidence in the process. I can highly recommend JET Convert who I have used many times. I had contacted MMC-Convert has this migration is not one of the systems that JET Convert deal with.
