We installed Workhorse to add clarity and structure to our stock management process. Whilst small our way of operating is complex and the system and implementation team were flexible enough to deliver a system that is giving much greater clarity of what stock is where and what needs to be delivered to our customers. We needed to implement a system to link out stock control, planning, order capture, invoicing and cash collection together, classic ERP challenges. Having looked at a number of options we decided to implement WorkHorse in Q4 2023, to link with both Xero and our e commerce business. The implementation has been seamless and the ‘step change’ from paper and spreadsheets to a system driven solution has given us far better ‘real time’ information about the business. The system itself is ‘cloud based’ and therefore very cost effective to run and operate.
