I had used NowInfinity for about 5 years, but was talked into CAS360 by someone due to its integrations with XPM. The integrations are a nightmare. It's not a direct integration; it's some intermediary thing that tries to push changes back and forth, so you get confusing messages in CAS360 that a name has been updated from CAS360 (from itself?). Everything is handled through this dumb notifications bell, which, doesn't clear when it is simple and should and can easily be cleared when it's something that shouldn't (that requires you to action it). So if you clear a name change, you are stuck in this loop of a warning about a change, but no way to see what it is or find it. Help is proactive and helpful, but the product itself is just so clunky. When a client has a lot of companies, they end up with various (not important) spellings of their name, and it handles them so poorly and is so easy to get in this loop of not knowing what change you've made that has been submitted to ASIC and what hasn't. You can't even create a new company in it.. it's just painful in every way. I won't last a year on this program and can't wait to see the back of it.
