A real partner for credit control
Working with Trove has been a genuinely positive experience for Pinpoint Plus. Trove’s responsiveness and flexibility, and their willingness to listen to our requests and take prompt action, has not gone unnoticed. It has made a significant difference in our ability to manage credit control and support our clients. Previously, our credit control software didn’t give us the flexibility to add every client, but after we shared what we needed, Trove introduced new settings that allowed us to bring even the trickier clients into the system.

Timely, affordable and great support
If you are looking for a solution to send timely reminders and statements then this is it! The lovely Trove team helped us get set up and gave a tour of the platform, you get to see how it works before committing. It's saved us a bunch of time and has seen customers reaching out to make payment on time or early. Support is with the people who make it, and they are open to suggestions and feedback, which is a refreshing change. Highly recommended.
