ApprovalMax is a wonderful and highly efficient tool that makes streamlining financial workflows feel completely effortless.

This app is great for larger organisations and/or not for profits that require a greater auditable level of control over approvals of financial transactions. Set up is logical, and the support team are great.

Generally a good system - but you can only search for supplier invoices by one entity at a time - so not great for larger groups - would be useful to have a 'Supplier All Entities' search facillity - this would make the system way more powerful as a search tool !

As a user of this platform, it's simple to use with little direction needed to get into using it. Workflows work well and were simple to setup despite our relatively complex requirements that only much more expensive and complex systems could match. Used in a team of around 60, we've only really had positive experiences so far.
