This app is great and does everything we need, but what really sets it apart is the amazing support team. They've gone above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend this app!

Parex bridge makes it incredibly easy to sync sales from my Squarespace shop to my Xero accounting platform. There have been occasions where due to software updates the sync has been lost. However, the customer service is second to none. In fact I have never experienced such good customer service from any online platform I am a subscriber of. Parex often respond within hours, are swift to resolve any issues and have had me up and running again with no problems. It’s nice to feel like an actual customer and not a faceless subscription in this day and age.

I used Parex to link my Shopify and eBay accounts to Xero. If there is every any data that does not sync and I can't manually do it a quick email to the support team and it gets fixed within a day. This takes so much time out of accounting and well worth the money you pay for it. I'd recommend this to anyone running e-commerce stores.

Logged a request about allocating Xero Tracking Categories from Shopify using Parex Bridge. The team was extremely helpful and helped set it up quickly. This is a simple straight forward app with easy to follow DIY installation and application to transfer information from my Shopline Store to Xero. I currently use Stripe and it automatically assigns total purchase price as well as seller fees to its individual accounts. Reconsiling is a breeze as payments are already allocated correctly, and you are simply clicking the reconsile to match deposit recieved. I have had 2 occasions where something started to look wrong, after emailing the support email, i had it replied and fixed within 24 hours. The customer service and attention to detail was amazing.
