Couldn't be happier with our choice

The process of moving to FYI Docs for our document management has been seamless. Jacob, Meg and all the team behind the scenes made the process nice and straightforward. We’ve been live for only a few weeks now but we are really seeing the benefits of automating processes, in particular with regards to new client onboarding (engagement letters and clearance requests), statutory documents (minutes & letter of rep), sending out requests for information and sending out draft accounts / tax returns to clients. We have templates set up for all of these things, and with the use of merge fields the documents can be tailored so barely any adjustments are required, saving so much time. The integration with FuseSign is great as well. We implemented FuseSign prior to going live on FYI, and we couldn’t recommend the software higher. The fact we can create draft signing bundles through FYI only makes the process even easier. We are now excited as we embark on the next phase of our FYI journey, which is to bring all of our jobs and tasks onto the system to give us greater oversight of where we are up to. I’m very confident that with the automations we have put in place, this next step will also be a great success.

God help you if you want to leave

We found saving documents a real choir. Save to the desktop app and then wait for it to load to FYI and then save to the client folder. The filing structure was easy but every staff member saved items in slightly different ways. This meant finding documents was a nightmare. Automation was frustrating, we turned it off. Some clients have 4-5 entities but one email. an email comes in and gets automatically saved to one folder. and half the emails did not not need to be saved. I have now tried 4 times to download the bulk export because I am leaving. One drive is so much easier. What a pain.

Love FYI

FYI is brilliant, you have to try the automations. makes practice management a breeze!

Amazing

This has completed renewed the way we work! Peace of mind and efficiencies are at an all time high for us We've known we needed to update our CRM/document storage software for a while now. However, we have roughly 700 clients and the migration has always put us off. We saw a few comments on a Go Proposal forum saying how good FYI had been for them. I'm glad we listened and reached out. As I mentioned with 700 clients and the fact we don't use XPM, the migration was the most daunting aspect for us. Their set-up process and training were great, no question too big (or too small). We weren't just directed to a help page, someone actively jumped onto our queries and we felt well looked after. As most people move over to FYI from XPM, we were a bit of a rarity and were a bit more of a manual process. Any hurdles that came up were resolved very quickly and they have even added a lot more features that we requested to make the journey smoother. Special shout out to Meg and Ian for making the transition go so smoothly. The filing system is great and so is the job allocations. We are just starting on the automations side of FYI and I cannot wait to get stuck in

Love it!

We have been using FYI now for only 3 months and its completely changed our practice. Everything runs smoother, all saved on one place, all staff can access clients records sent in by emails. The response time on their support is great and the set up process is fairly simple considering all the data that needs to come together, I would thoroughly recommend.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
