straightforward and easy to use

This is nice and easy to use. Where previously I had to make bill payments one at a time from my bank, this lets me do loads at once. It means I don't make so many errors, like typing in the wrong amount or choosing the wrong payee as it's all automated.

The link to crezco is seamless. It was really easy to pay directly from xero without having to go through a third party app or another login/account which other ones do. The only thing was that we didnt have alot of bills to pay as we have dds and only one or two suppliers a month, we didnt get the full benefit. If you have buld payment for paying one supplier 10-20 invoices a month, then you are really going to see the benefit of it. It will also help the bookkeeping end for accountants as if the clients use this instead of paying through the bank, you'll always know what has been paid and not paid if they are not matching the invoices themselves. To email a remittance you have to click into each payment separately, this makes the process very time consuming. I also need to split batches as have more than 200 documents.

Great addition to the app eco system making it simple to push payments to the bank directly from Xero. This consolidated accounts payable processes for a number of my clients reducing time to pay suppliers and update the associated bookkeeping records merging the process to a single workflow.

This new integrated feature has streamlined the payment runs for our clients and means everything can be done within Xero. This makes the whole process really efficient and easy. There is a bit of set up to get going but worth persevering with this to get things up and running!
