Highly Recommend
Our experience with Smoothlink has been exceptional. It was a big change for us to adopt Procore and we required a lot of support. We dealt with 1 Smoothlink team member who came to understand our business and our needs. Even when some of our issues were a Xero or Procore issue, our Smoothlink support team member stayed involved, working with Xero & Procore, to ensure that our system was working as it should. Throughout the process we felt that we were part of an ecosystem, rather than dealing with 3 separate companies. In all of our interactions with Smoothlink we have dealt with competent, helpful staff who worked hard to get the best outcome for us. We benefited from their knowledge & experience. I cannot recommend Smoothlink highly enough.

Smooth Sailing
I’ve been working with Smoothlink for nearly two years, and the experience has been exceptional. The onboarding process was seamless, making the transition effortless. The team is fantastic—always just a phone call away. Whenever I encounter a system error, I can reach out to someone in Queensland, and 9 times out of 10, the issue is resolved during that same conversation. Their support and efficiency are truly impressive.

Timesaver and Real Support
The Program enables the users to have an quick overview if every invoice that has come into and highlight which invoices have been processed at a glance, no searching necessary. It is a major timesaver.
James and the Team went above and beyond to ensure that our issue with speed was resolved within one day.
They also went out of their way to sent up future provisions to prevent the same issue from occurring.
