The platform feels unnecessarily complex and not very user-friendly. I’ve experienced multiple glitches and issues during use, including billing errors that required me to go through the refund process several times. It’s also frustrating that there’s no direct phone support - communication is only via email, which can be slow and inefficient. Customer service could definitely be improved. If you're a small organisation with just a few employees, it might be manageable, but for with hundreds of staff, I’d recommend exploring other platforms that offer better scalability and support.

Game-Changer for Managing Corporate Credit Card Expenses!

We've been using ExpenseOnDemand with Xero, and it's been a game-changer. With most of our spending on corporate cards, tracking used to be a hassle. Now, thanks to the real-time Bank Auto Feed via Moneyhub and ExpenseOnDemand, transactions are automatically assigned to the right claimants. The system even matches receipts, eliminating spreadsheets and follow-ups. Reconciling statements is now quick and stress-free. If your team uses corporate credit cards and Xero, this tool is a huge time-saver. Highly recommended!

ExpenseOnDemand manages our multi entity expenses effortlessly

Managing expenses across our 9 subsidiaries used to be a real hassle, especially when it came to reconciling credit card statements manually in Xero. Matching receipts for those transactions was another tedious manual process. Since implementing ExpenseOnDemand, the Credit Card Auto Feed feature has transformed our workflow. It has eliminated manual processes through smart reconciliation, automation, and seamless multi-entity handling. This has significantly improved the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. I highly recommend ExpenseOnDemand for enterprises managing complex, multi-entity operations.

Super Easy Expense Tracking with Xero & ExpenseOnDemand!

We recently integrated ExpenseOnDemand with Xero, and it has made expense management so much easier! Before, we relied on multiple Excel sheets and emails with receipts for approvals—slow, cumbersome, and time-consuming. Now, our employees simply snap a photo of their receipts and submit them through the app. Approvals are quick and hassle-free, and everything syncs automatically with Xero. The ExpenseOnDemand support team was incredibly patient and helpful during setup, making the transition smooth. Since integrating it, managing expenses has been stress-free and much faster. Highly recommend it for anyone using Xero!

Manual to automated expenses

Managing company expenses manually used to be a tedious task, but ExpenseOnDemand has completely transformed the process for us! Our employees love how simple it is to submit their expenses now. They can just scan their receipts and submit them directly through the app, making the reimbursement process seamless. Since we use Xero for accounting, the real-time syncing between ExpenseOnDemand and Xero has saved us a significant amount of time. At month-end, our finance team can easily review and process expenses without any additional hassle. Transitioning from manual expense management to automation has been surprisingly smooth, thanks to their helpful guided videos!
