Very happy
We've been using Telleroo in our practice for several months now (internally and with clients) and we are very happy with it. The support team are great (shout out to Esme!) and are extremely quick at responding/resolving any queries.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The gold standard for secure payroll payments — and the support to match
After a poor experience with a previous provider, security was my absolute priority when searching for a payment platform to handle payroll for my clients. As an accountant, my reputation is directly tied to the recommendations I make — so getting this right wasn't optional.
Telleroo stood out immediately for the depth of their security features. The payee verification checks and bank account change flagging gave me confidence from day one — these are precisely the protections that prevent the kind of payment fraud that can be catastrophic for a business. The multi-layered approval flows added another critical safeguard, ensuring no payment moves without the right authorisation in place. These aren't just tick-box features that look good on a spec sheet; they genuinely work and they genuinely matter.
What truly set Telleroo apart, however, was the support — and I say that as someone who works across a significant number of software platforms daily. Safe and efficient payment solution
We've been using Telleroo for years and it has helped to alleviate the risk associated with supporting clients with their supplier payments. The user interface is great and has lots of great features, including payment run approvals and alerts to flag potential issues with bank details before a payment attempt is made. Would highly recommend!

Safe & quick way to send money
Excellent company - would highly recommend - a very helpful team on hand for any queries. Makes paying our clients very smooth & the beneficiary bank detail checks have saved us making payments to incorrect bank accounts!
