Highly recommend. Has solved alot of our onboarding issues, and prevents using a majority of different platforms. Support is amazing, very effecient getting back to you and is open to listen to feedback and implement new ideas that can assist accoutning firms in their onboarding process. The only thing I found difficult is the integration betwen Xero practice manager and onboard me so I can generate invoices directly through onboard me. Although I believe this is my lack of skill set being able to set it up and not an issue with onboarme in it self.

OnboardMe has ticked all the boxes for our practice. Simpler to use than our previous software provider. We found OnboardMe to be easy to get up and running, with a really responsive support team. We use eForms to send out tax questionnaires to clients. And OnboardMe also has excellent integrations with Xero (for billings) & FYI (saving down completed proposals). Overall, OnboardMe has proven to be the perfect fit as the missing piece of our software puzzle.
