Chazy + Xero
Chazy connects directly with your Xero account to fetch unreconciled bank transactions and streamline document collection. Once connected, Chazy works seamlessly inside your Xero workflow.
To start, simply install the Chazy Chrome Extension. The extension connects directly to your Xero profile, so after registering in Chazy there’s no need to switch between services. You can continue working right inside your Xero Bank Transactions page — collecting transactions, sending requests to clients, and tracking progress — all without leaving Xero.
With Chazy Chrome Extension, you can:
- Automatically collect unreconciled transactions from all linked bank accounts.
- Launch chasing tasks directly from the Xero Bank Transactions.
- Send client smart notifications with deadlines — no manual follow-up needed.
- Validate and match documents to transactions.

Getting started

1. Register & Install
- Register at Chazy (or use Sign in with Xero flow).
- Confirm your company details and grant any requested permissions.
- Install the Chazy Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Prepare the task in Xero
- Go to Bank Statement tab.
- Click 'Start Chazy' button.
- Edit the transaction list: remove items you don’t want or add missing ones. -Provide deadline, and customer's info: email and name.
3. Send task to client -Click Send task to client. -You can always stop tasks in Chazy personal account.
4. Monitor progress
- Open the Chazy dashboard for full task details, validator notes and delivery logs. -You’ll get email notifications when tasks finish or documents are delivered.
