The billing admin is no longer an employee which made the switching difficult however Nora and Sujay were both very helpful and assisted in getting the account switched over so we didn't have any issues. Much appreciated

The team quickly identified the root cause and guided me through the solution, unarchiving the report in Amazon and using the “Request More History” feature in A2X.
