We are glad we have implemented Xbert for our workflows, now nothing gets missed and our deadlines become less stressful and the work gets delegated easily. We recently have had a staff member off work due to an emergency - It was so easy to re-distribute her work to staff so no payroll or superannuation was missed for our clients. I would highly recommend Xbert for workflows and timesheets it flows smoothly into XPM (Xero) and we couldn't be more happy with the program. I have now used XBert in three different bookkeeping practices I have founded. I love it. I couldn't reach the level of efficiency or the number of clients I service without it. I love the data quality checks but the real value is in the workflows. Once you organise the set up to match how your practice works, you won't look back. If your processes change, you only need to change one master template and it immediately flows through to all clients. And their support and training are umatched.
