The application easy to use and fairly intuitive to learn. The synchronization between from the web based software and the app is good. I love that it allows the onsite technicians to upload videos as well as photos from their jobs. When writing notes on the photos it can be glitchy and sometimes it will save with "TEXT" written on the photo instead of what was actually typed up. Otherwise I would give it a 5 out of 5 especially for its ability to sync with Xero's accounting software and the way you can customize the set up to fit your business need.

This app has everything we need to run our Buisness - almost - if they could perfect staff clocking in and out for the day it would actually make a far smoother experience for me and my staff - but its not quite there we have to use a seperate app.

We love ServiceM8! The price point is great for the funcationality. We have found it the eaisest to use trade managment platform on the market. The IOS app is also amazing. Cant imagine doing business without ServiceM8.
