The Xero integration is fast and straightforward. Bills awaiting payment are visible in Apron as soon as they have been created and you can process the payment easily and in batches, getting approval first if required. The bill payment is automated at the same time, all so easy!

A seamless and instant integration with Xero. It encourages you to enter all bills received into Xero the moment you receive them, then makes the payment process so quick. Easily 'hide' bills that get paid automatically, and leave bills not due for payment yet. Then you can pay a batch in one go or separately. Bank details are double checked. And options for staff/bookkeeper to Approve before the business owner makes the final, single, payment! Love it and highly recomment it.
