Great Experience with A2X Support
I had a great experience with A2X’s support team especially John. They were incredibly responsive and efficient in resolving my issue with missing Amazon settlements. The team quickly identified the root cause and guided me through the solution, unarchiving the report in Amazon and using the “Request More History” feature in A2X. Everything worked perfectly after that. Really appreciate their clear communication and fast turnaround!
