I've used A2X for many years and am very pleased with their service. If you sell online through Shopify, Amazon or any of the other platforms they support, this is an essential app to keep your books up to date. Once everything is set up it does all the work in the background keeping everything updated. When I've needed support, Jana and Nora did an amazing job helping us out. They're the best! I am not an accountant or book keeper, I am just some bloke that runs an SME and do many of the jobs that in a much larger company would be done by teams of people. So when I take on a new app or partner I have to be really sure that I get the most out of them and it doesnt increase my work load, plus for me they need to seem like they are part of my team. Working with A2X has given me this and has been really simple, yes there have been the odd issue but there is always someone there within minutes to help out and advise me.
