Great tool for our company
We’ve been using Workflowmax for a number of years now for our Events company, for all things quotes and estimates. It ties in perfectly with Xero, our main accounting package.

Easy to use for the most part
The new WFM is relatively easy to use. Has some quirks (e.g., the search function sometimes doesn't work as intended), however, for the most part is a good software that meets its intended purpose.

Easy to use job management system
We have been using WFM for 7 years now and couldn't operate without it, WFM is a great tool to keep track of jobs and costs, the time sheet app is a huge plus for us.

Great tool for anyone needing to record Billable (and nonbillable) time!
Love WFM, for its simplicity and functionality for our team of consultants, to record time, easily manage clients, multiple jobs and quotes, integrate with payroll, and report on how we are doing!
Lots of flexibility with rates/ tasks/ job tracking, to make life easily for us, and helps to streamline our processes!

WorkflowMax is a great job management tool that makes quoting, tracking jobs, and invoicing simple and efficient. The Xero integration is seamless and saves us a lot of time. Overall, it provides excellent visibility over jobs and cash flow and works well for our business. We do enjoy using WFM and Xero- faster and more efficient. Thanks
