Fantastic customer service. The help getting set up with Xero was great. Nora was very understanding and knowledgeable. She was patient with me as I have limited background of accounting and I.T. The app is great and takes so much work out of doing manual data transfers. I cant recommend A2X enough. Thank you!

Really had an amazing onboarding experience with Lana (via Google meet call), she guided me thoroughly and assisted on the A2X set-up and mapping etc. She also provided ongoing support after onboarding and is really accommodating to my queries and concerns as well!

I have been using A2X for about 6 weeks. There are a lot of moving parts in retail ecommerce. I have done it manually for years so I know what is involved. A2X is great at sorting this out accurately. There are always issues that arise with this complex backoffice process. I've used their chat support numerous times and they are very responsive.

I had some issues with SKU's mapping correctly from a Shopify store, and Delores was great in walking me through the issues and seeking a fix from her technical team. She was able to resolve my issues. Thank you!
