This is exactly the product that we have been looking for. It allows staff to add payments for approval, directly from Xero or our payroll software. A manager can then approve the payments. Very simple to use. No messing about with adding employees to bank mandates. The app is also very helpful for quick approval and transfers. Highly recommend.
