great product but the support team tops the product itself
Great product, does 99% of all the financial reporting and forecasting I would want. The support team is super responsive and super helpful with providing solutions. I haven't seen any other finance app providing this level of direct and quick support.

Great forecast app
Best forecast system I've used with many features that other forecast systems don't have, particularly the micro-forecast, and very easy to use. Highly recommended.

help on xero not updating in ApprovalMax
The service via email was fast and dealt with my issue clearly. I had to submit a report today and thanks to Ana, I was able to successfully prepare the report with an updated data from Xero by manually updating Xero rather than running on auto-update
