We were looking at integrating a work flow management tool and a chance visit to the Apple store in Aberdeen highlighted Service M8 to me and how it worked. We starting using servicem8 at the start of the year to see if it would make our life easier and i must say we are delighted at how easy it has been to get all our staff on board and the way we are able to allocate jobs to our workforce. We are leaning as we go along and Service M8 has been a great asset to out company, keep up the great work Service M8.

We have Service M8 connected to Xero for our one year old business. We have loved having all the tools to help us get quotes and invoices out and communicate with our clients really successfully both with text and email. Once the job is done and invoice is sent, it is passed through to Xero. Once we reconcile it in Xero, the invoice has "Paid" written on it and can then be sent to the client. Very straight forward.

ServiceM8 has streamlined our electrical business 10 fold and saves us hours of time each week. Highly recommend!!

I began using servicem8 when l started a franchise. When l left the franchise l knew straight away l was going to use servicem8 again for running my own business. I like how professional the invoices look, setting up the diary and repeat contract bookings. They then brought proposal through which l now use for all my big jobs and l win most of the jobs based on how they are written out. I also use servicem8 for many many things like letting the customer know l am heading to their location and they can track me using a link plus sending away a detailed service report with photos of before and after for theiar records. I honestly dont know how my business would run if l didnt have this app. I dont even know of any other apps let alone if any are better so l wont be leaving.

Integration between the two apps is flawless and makes life so much easier!

ServiceM8 is by far the best job management software out there. It is extremely user friendly and pretty much runs my business for me.
