A few small and easy features that could be tweaked to make life a lot easier such as the iPhone app having a lot more features and displaying unconfirmed but reoccurring bookings but otherwise excellent and saves us heaps of time!

I wish we had of started using this earlier. Easy to use. Creating reports, photos, videos, sending invoices direct to xero - exactly what we needed.

The application easy to use and fairly intuitive to learn. The synchronization between from the web based software and the app is good. I love that it allows the onsite technicians to upload videos as well as photos from their jobs. When writing notes on the photos it can be glitchy and sometimes it will save with "TEXT" written on the photo instead of what was actually typed up. Otherwise I would give it a 5 out of 5 especially for its ability to sync with Xero's accounting software and the way you can customize the set up to fit your business need.
