CaFE provides automated cash flow projections and accurate insights to help you keep on top of the cash flow in your business.
If you look to be in danger of running low on cash, we’ll send you a notification and point you to the invoices and payments that need most attention to keep you in the black. Got a surplus? CaFE can tell you that too so you can move some of the cash to deposit.
We’ve made sure CaFE is easy to use. Simply connect it to Xero and it’ll start producing forecasts straightaway. If you want to get more deeply into your forecasting and perhaps look at different scenarios, you can do that too with some simple additional inputs into our smart Financial Plan.
CaFE + Xero
Our app integrates seamlessly with Xero and synchronises automatically to create forecasts that are constantly up-to-date. CaFE is always on and monitoring your cash position, even when you’re not.
Managing multiple bank accounts, even different companies, is a breeze through the dashboard and if monitoring cash flow is really not your thing, you can invite your Xero savvy accountant or bookkeeper to monitor it for you.
Getting started
All you need to do are
1. Add your organisation in CaFE
2. Turn on Auto Sync
3. Set up email notification preferences
