Xero integration with Shopify is not working and hasn't been communicating with Shopify for almost a month. They also don't seem to know when it will be fixed but happy to charge for the app. 'Xero don't offer compensation for downtime due to an issue out of their control' (as per communication from Xero). This would also seem to be the monthly charge for a app/service that doesn't actually do anything. Try Amaka instead (or one of the others instead) ... similar price point and solid reviews.

I tried to contact Xero Central for support with this app but they told me to contact Shopify. I literally went around in circles. How in the world do we get support or ask a question? And where is the pricing listed? This app is like a deep dark black hole...

There is no way to bring your inventory across from shopify to xero inventory with the transaction so this app doesn't solve any problems for me. Possibly ok for people running inventory programs plugged into shopify,

My app disconnected in october and I have reconnected but the sales dont seem to be feeding through I am not sure how to activate - its all connected

If you need the actualy Sales to be imported then Parex Bridge is a better app. This allows you to see overseas sales and set correct GST codes.

I’ve been using your Xero integration app and appreciate the effort that has gone into creating it. However, I’ve encountered a significant limitation: the app only works effectively for businesses with a single store. Business owners note if you have multiple stores under the same ABN this will not work I strongly encourage xero team to consider enhancing the app to support businesses with multiple stores. This would make the app much more versatile and valuable to a broader range of users.
