Easy Invoice Tracking and Approval
We use Approval to manage billing accross 12 of our companies. Its easy to manage multi person approvals for payments with accounts, 3rd party consultants and directors all approving an invoice prior to payment. The app allows easy approval away from my desk.
Its easy for non accounts staff who struggle with more technical software.

Excellent financial controls
This app is great for larger organisations and/or not for profits that require a greater auditable level of control over approvals of financial transactions. Set up is logical, and the support team are great.

Good System
Generally a good system - but you can only search for supplier invoices by one entity at a time - so not great for larger groups - would be useful to have a 'Supplier All Entities' search facillity - this would make the system way more powerful as a search tool !
