We have been using TimeKeeper for over a year. We are a team of 8-10 and previously it was pen and paper but this system has made our process so much cleaner and quicker

Seamless integration with Xero

Timekeeper works really well for our business, and the team @ TK were incredibly helpful getting us set up and taking care of any issues. I like that its app based and does not require me to buy or rent an expensive piece of proprietary tech to be able to use it - I purchased 2nd hand iPad mini and it works perfectly!

The best clock in/out app for Xero integration

Loving timekeeper. Simple, easy to use and Xero integration works like a dream. Couldn't find any other timekeeping app that integrates with Xero like this. Lots of other cool features too. Happy as!

Exactly what we needed.

Our IT support business required a simple tool that would allow staff to clock in or out and would also integrate with Xero Payroll; TimeKeeper is the perfect solution for this. Though staff can use the mobile app to clock in or out (e.g. if they go out on site before arriving at the office) we have set up an iPad Mini as our main clocking in device which stays permanently in the office and this works like a dream. The other solutions we looked at were far too expensive, mainly because they were sold as “HR Solutions” which were overkill for our existing needs. The integration with Xero was easy to set up and has never failed us in nearly two years. We have had a couple of issues with TimeKeeper (in terms of our product knowledge) but the staff at TimeKeeper helped us to resolve these quickly. Overall, I highly recommend TimeKeeper as a clocking in tool and have had no problems with the Xero integration.

Simple straightforward and friendly clock app

We've been using TimeKeeper since 2018 to manage our time and attendance for our office staff. The software is simple to use, works with Xero which we're moving to, so can't ask for much more!

Excellent clocking in app

We where looking for a an app to replace our old and tired clocking in machine and this is perfect. Interstates with Xero easily, easy to use and the customer support are fantastic with getting you started and any helpful hints and tips along the way.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
