Amazing software solution for my business!

I'm a small but growing business that required a solution for 1 of my customers who required JSA's and SWMS to be carried out for jobs on their site. I looked around at a few stand alone options that were costly and another customer suggested I check out SmartBiz as his previous employer had used it to manage 100+ on the road tradesman. Not only was SmartBiz a great fit for my JSA/SWMS needs, its turned out to be the perfect fit for my entire back end! I've done away with my old software solution and moved everything over to SmartBiz and it literally saves me hours as everything is streamlined now! I setup a job and from that job, everything is trackable - Quotes, Invoices, Timesheets, Safety procedure's/documentation, notes and sketches, photos and documents.... SmartBiz have everything I could want covered and all tied to each job! I recently had a customer request every completed job, invoice and outstanding jobs across 2 of their sites as part of a handover within their business and I was able to give them everything they requested in 20mins while I was on the road from my phone! I'm also their only contractor conforming to their site WH&S requirements, I've set up templates to email site security the work orders before I reach site or when I change work orders through the day so they are kept up to speed with my locations while on site. JSA and SWMS are amazingly simple to generate on the fly as well so as to meet their needs! I've been telling anyone willing to listen just how much SmartBiz helped with my productivity! I just wish I had found this back end solution for my business years ago! And the support SmartBiz offer is just not often found today and it's amazing! This software will grow with my businesses needs and I've already seen the increase in productivity it has delivered to me. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone to take the free 30 day trial and run it along side your existing software solution. I think you will be hard pressed to find anything else that does what SmartBiz can do and with the ability to fit as a solution for a single operator or if you have 150+ employees! I really can not recommend SmartBiz enough, I am seriously impressed with what they have built!
