Excellent procurement software!

Precoro has been fantastic for helping us track our budgets to a more granular detail than Xero can offer natively. It is also excellent for managing approvals and user interactions with the software in a highly modifiable way. The reporting functionality is also extremely useful for us and is also very customisable. Best of all, the Precoro staff have been wonderful getting us set up and using the software!

best procrurement / purchasing software

great software with a good integration with Xero. Xero is super limited in what it can do once you scale to a certain size and need finer control over purchasing and approvals. precoro solves most problems you will come across as a growing business and is flexible enough to meet the needs of a company at any stage of its growth journey. simple to use for people around the business too, makes this stuff as non-financey as it could be! the team at precoro are super helpful too :)

Great integration with Precoro

Xero had limited functionalities as we cannot selectively give certain access to different sections to different team members. Integration with Precoro has been great for us to add in this level of control and separate out people that is generating POs from invoicing and billing. There is the ability to upload item lists to populate PO so we did not have to copy and paste each line separately, and also easy for tracking and receipting items to help with invoice matching. Having assigned a Precoro employee to help us get Precoro set up had been amazing; helping us troubleshoot and listening to our feedbacks to improve their system further.

Good Integration with Precoro

We use Precoro for our procurement and spent process and it was straightforward to implement it. The system itself is simple to use and the integration with Xero is a bonus.

Best invoice approval software I've used thus far!

I use precoro for invoice approvals and it's been such a breeze. We were up and running in less than 3 wks. The integration with xero/slack/okta blew my mind! It was completed in minutes! The approval workflows and ocr reader and integration with xero has made my work so much more efficient and the users also love how easy it is to approve invoices on slack. Highly recommend this tool for invoice approvals.

Review of Xero and Precoro sync

Precoro is user friendly with the procurement process. However, the budget segment will still need to improve.
