We recently implemented this platform across our workplace, and the experience has been outstanding. After reviewing several different providers through demonstrations, this programme stood out as the clear winner. It was by far the most polished, intuitive, and visually impressive platform we saw, giving us confidence that it would be the right fit for our company. The sign-up and implementation process was incredibly straightforward, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The platform itself is extremely user-friendly, with a clean, intuitive interface that has made it easy to get up and running quickly. A special mention has to go to our onboarding specialist, Cara, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Cara is patient, knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. Her support made a real difference and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision. It's an excellent platform backed by exceptional customer service, and we would highly recommend it to any organisation looking for an easy-to-use, well-designed HR solution.

We trialed several HR platforms before finally settling on HR Partner. We had specific needs which most platforms could not meet, such as mutli-person authorisation in a specific order for leave. Most platforms were either to simple or complex, but clunky and hard to set up and train our staff on. Their customisable portal and layers of functions allow you to simplify the experience for users, but have detailed customisable settings for admins. It is so intuative to use there was very little training for our staff, and despite the amazing support from HR Partner staff we haven't even needed to use all our meetings / tutorials. Although whenever we do need any help, HR Partner is very responsive and helpful.

HR Partner has revolutionised staff management within the business. With over 130 people, working in excel registers is no longer an option. The HR Partner team, specifically Sarah have been great it getting us setup across the different features of the platform. Highly recommend to anyone looking.
