    Set your tax codes & sync your Account Codes from Xero to your Line Items in GoProposal. When you produce a proposal, we can pull existing contacts from Xero or GoProposal can create new ones.

    When the proposal is accepted, the draft invoices are created in Xero for you to approve.

    Visibility

    GP has really helped me charge for everything that I do, and charging that consistently to all my clients. The visibility it has given to existing and potential clients of exactly what services they are paying has been fantastic.

    Chaos without GP

    As James Ashford would say if you don't have a system, you have chaos and without GP we would not be in the position where we are continually growing and are confident in our pricing that not only is the pricing correct, it is so transparent which means so much to us as a practice.     Consistency

    GP has allowed me to be consistent in the process of costing as well and ensuring clients are fully aware of what is included thus reducing the risk of scope creep
